PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Yoory Pinontoan said, this superblock tower construction will start in 2019.
"Recently, the land acquisition process is almost done," he informed, Thursday (9/7).
Jamkrida Jakarta and Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Deal on Surety Bond CooperationHe explained, tower will use 1.8 hectare land and has strategic location since it will make it easier to be connected with public transportation including Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).
"For this project, three towers will be built. Two will be used for offices and one for residential and business. It will also be facilitated with park and ride," he explained.
He added, tower investment value including its land and building reaches to Rp 1.7 trillion.
"Based on our prediction, this construction will be finished within 5-8 years ahead," he closed.
